Hey Andy, I've been looking for a recipe call "Florentine Salad". I know it contains lime jell-0, cottage cheese and spinach. Doesn't sound all that great, but it is. Do you have any recipes in your files that sounds like it might match? Thanks ever so much.

Howdy-Hi, Sue!

Chef Andy's archive search hasn't turned up "Florentine Salad" by quite that name. But add yourself one cup of cottage cheese to "Savory Spinach Salad", and he wagers that you'll have quite a pleasing concoction.
