Chef Andy, I think(?) I emailed you last month looking for a recipe for a cake made with rhubarb(!), cake mix, strawberry jello and mini marshmallows. It was called something like strawberry-rhubarb upside down cake. HELP!! It's almost rhubarb time and believe it or not I've got a hankering for it!! Thanks,Tracy

Hi, Tracy! Chef Andy's searched his archives, and hasn't been able to discover anything like "strawberry-rhubarb upside down cake!" But perhaps a reader can help...If any of you out there in internet-land have a recipe that sounds like what Tracy's looking for, please send it along (using the text box above) and I'll make sure she gets it! Time is of the essence, if rhubarb season is almost upon us! Chef Andy's seen "Attack of the Killer Tomatos" and fully recognizes the seriousness of keeping garden vegetables in their proper place!

Andy, I hope this is the recipe Tracy is looking for...i think she just needs to replace the rasberry jello with strawberry.
