2 packages (3 oz. each) or 1 package (6 oz.) Jell-O Strawberry-Banana Gelatin*
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 pint each vanilla and strawberry ice creams
Marshmallows and gumdrops
(*)Or use your favorite fruit flavor.
Dissolve Jell-O Gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Pour into a quart
ring mold; chill until firm. Unmold and fill center of ring with ice creams.
Place marshmallows and gumdrops around gelatin, using gumdrops as holders
for birthday candles, if desired. Makes 3 1/2 cups gelatin, or about 6 servings.
